The game bejeweled is now a big hit across the globe, so it is only a question of time before games are aiming for a new variant of this preferred concept. This possibly has precisely been the aim while producing Tatomic. I believe most of the bejeweled 2 fan must give this game a try. In lieu of forming groups of jewels we know from the original bejeweled game, you now have to join groups of identical colored atoms. The further of these objects you make disappear at the same time, the additional bonus points you are going to be awarded.
In Tatomic each and every level provides you with a new type of assignment. The number of colored atom chains you have to produce differs per stage. This is where the Tetris element arrives in. The chains of atoms drop down from the top of the screen so you have to lead them towards the right place. In the initial level you should make 4 yellow, six green, 8 blue and 10 red chains. Every stage you move up, the further chains you will have to make. But be careful, the same as Tetris the speed the atoms drop also differ per level.
Tatomic offers the user 30 levels of real excitement, combined with three game variants referred to as Critical Mass Mode, Radioactive Mode and Puzzle Mode. For instance in Radioactive Mode you must make as long colored chains as possible. The controls is a bit harder than the original bejewelled 2 game. On the display screen in which you play the game three transparent buttons are visible, pressing these buttons will execute the move. Last but not least I must point out the graphics in the game are appearing a bit less impressive compared to the original bejeweled game. Looking at the final result it surely doesn't take away the excitement of playing!
