To many people, buying a cheese cutting board might sound a bit ridiculous. Most people already own a normal cutting board so why do they need one which is specially for cheese?
That's precisely what I thought for years. I must say that my boyfriend and I are huge cheese eaters, but we were more than comfortable using a regular cutting board and not spending the extra money to purchase one which is made for cheese (no matter how cute a Swiss cheese cutting board may appear!). It simply seemed like a waste of money.

I should note, that the combination of the new knives and the wire cutter really helped us cut cheese more rapidly and efficiently. We also utilize the board to serve cheese on and we're constantly getting asked about it! My family totally love it.
Overall, I would certainly purchase another one of these if faced with the chance. I cannot believe that we went so long without one, believing that our regular board would do it fine.
